What is your return policy for purchased items?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak times or sales, processing may take an additional day or two. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
